Happy Medium is seeking a client success team member to assist the client success team with maintaining client relationships. This role will work across a number of sectors, including advertising, marketing and digital transformation. Their role within a creative agency is to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and according to deadline.


As a client success manager at Happy Medium, the following will be typical activities:

  • The day-to-day account and project management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns, digital transformation projects, as well as day-to-day client communication support
  • Supporting and maintaining client relationships in tandem with the Client Success Lead
  • Attending and supporting select client meetings
  • Generating accurate status notifications and reports
  • Reviewing all agency projects and delivering to the client
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Create scopes of work and proposals for new projects



  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
  • A solid background in advertising, marketing, and/or project management
  • The ability to plan and strategize 
  • Highly organized - able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Very high standard of excellence for client experience
  • Self-motivated – able to solve problems and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective team management capabilities
  • Strong desire to build business relationships, increase community involvement, and regularly attend networking events
  • Ability to partner successfully and collaboratively in a highly creative and passionate environment and maintain positive work relationships
