Happy Medium is seeking a detailed-oriented person that is interested in seeking a paid media internship for the summer 2021 and 2021-2022 school year. 


As a media intern at Happy Medium, you will be responsible for the following:




  • Data gathering and analysis
  • Research new sponsorships throughout the year
  • Set up/check digital media ads
  • Review performance of on-going digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with team to strategize new campaign ideas
  • Update planning calendars
  • Support billing functions
  • Coordinate internal processes
  • Assist media department with miscellaneous daily tasks



  • Assist in the creation of social content calendars
  • Implementation of live social for client events
  • Engagement on behalf of clients on social media channels
  • Social trends research and application
  • Content creation: photography, social graphics, writing
  • Reporting and analysis



  • A desire to work in marketing/advertising
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google docs and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects
  • High-energy attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Independent worker with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes



  • Availability to work on-site 10-20 hours/week
  • Some nights and weekends will apply.
  • Current college students working towards a bachelor’s degree preferred
